Pittsburg Bathroom Bill Update
The City Commission of Pittsburg has been asked to consider the same nondiscrimination ordinance that is currently pending in Salina, Hutchinson and Wichita.
We have launched a petition for Pittsburg residents wishing to voice their opposition to this ordinance. You can sign the petition by clicking on the button on the right.
The Pittsburg City Commission will meet at 5:30 on Tuesday March 13th. Residents are encouraged to attend and use the public comment portion of this meeting to express their views on this matter. KFPC will be present at this meeting and offer comments opposing this ordinance as well.
Kansas Family Policy Council sent the following letter to the Pittsburg City Commission members outlining several major objections to the proposed ordinance.
