An Ordinance of the City of Salina, Kansas repealing Ordinance 12-10639 which was titled "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13, OF THE SALINA CODE PERTAINING TO EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AND AFFIRMATIVE ACTION AND REPEALING EXISTING CHAPTER 13."; passed by the Governing Body of Salina, Kansas on May 21, 2012 to be effective on June 4, 2012.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of Salina, Kansas:

Section 1 - Ordinance Number 12-10639 of the City of Salina, Kansas, is repealed.

Section 2 - This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its adoption by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas, or after approval of a majority of the qualified voters of the City of Salina, Kansas
